Conservatory removal and creation of an extension to improve the downstairs use of house
We wanted to improve the downstairs flow of our house and increase our entertaining space. We had an old conservatory off our kitchen, but it was too cold to use, and we found when we had family or friends round we were split between the kitchen and living room.
We first had an architect create some drawings for our new space and then looked for a builder to undertake the work. We chose P.T. Higgins Building & Construction based on their experience and quality of work. The project required removal of our old conservatory, a large kitchen extension and creation of a utility room within existing garage space.
Paul was great to work with he came up with some good additional design ideas even if it created more work for him! His attention to detail was excellent and they kept mess to a minimum. Donna was great at answering our questions and keeping us updated.
We were delighted with the work P.T. Higgins Building & Construction completed and it changed the way we lived in our house. We have such a great space for entertaining family and friends and will be working with Paul on our next project.
