How long will my project take?

As each project is unique, we can’t always give an exact timeframe as sometimes issues can be exposed when we start work. We will always keep you updated with the progress of your project.

 

How much will my project cost?

No project has the exact same cost due to different methods of building and different final finishes. We use a range of factors to finalise the quote including drawings. The more information you provide during the survey the more accurate your quote will be.

 

Will my house be dusty?

This is the most common question we are asked. We will always get the build to as far as possible before we impact on your everyday lives. When it comes to the internal dusty work, we will give you as much notice as possible and try our best to prevent mess, however some dust is unavoidable.

 

Do I need to move out?

We would never ask you to move out unless we are completing a full house renovation. We will always endeavour to work around you and your family to help keep costs to a minimum.

 

How busy are you?

The size and nature of the project will depend on when we can fit you in. Some smaller projects are easier to fit in between larger ones. We can usually give an estimate start date.

 

How do I make payments?

Once you accept our quotation and terms and conditions, we will put together a staged payment plan for you to make regular payments during the project.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public and employee liability insurance and product indemnity insurance. Certificates can be made available on request.

 

Do you have pictures of previous work?

We share a lot of our completed projects on Instagram, Facebook and our website.

 

Can you supply references?

We are happy for you to contact previous customers and will supply the details of consented customers if required.

Not every project requires Planning and Building Regulations, this is something the customer should seek advice about from their local authority.
