Depending on the size and nature of your project we can offer a complete one stop service from concept to completion, managing and assigning all trades as required.
The Process
From Inital Contact to Project management
1. Initial contact
Once the initial customer enquiry is received, we arrange a non obligation, free visit to discuss your project
2. Visit
We will come to you and look at your site/project and discuss ideas. Our extensive experience enables us to provide advice and guidance to help achieve your vision.
3. Plans/Drawings
Depending on the size and nature of your building project you may require drawings, plans and permission. We can recommend trusted architects to advise and complete.
4. Quote
Following the visit, we will provide you with an in depth quote, detailing all areas of the project. You can then decide if you want to appoint us as your builder.
5. Quote Acceptance
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will work with you to agree start date and project plan.
6. Project Management
We will identify trades and suppliers required and manage the project from start to finish. We strive to create minimal disruption and provide you with a stress free experience. You will be assigned a project manager and kept up to date with regular progress reports.
