We wanted to create additional living space downstairs under permitted development but didn’t know what we could add. A friend at work recommended Paul so we arranged for him to come round and have a look.

We explained to Paul what we needed, and he showed us previous projects he had worked on under permitted development and advised us on our options. Paul liaised with the local council to ensure the project met regulations and created a large open plan kitchen and family area. The project ran smoothly, Paul and his team turned up on time every day and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
